Gambian athletes based in France are due to join their colleagues in Birmingham tomorrow morning.
The contingent comprising the much decorated Gina Bass, Ebrahima Camara, Adama Jammeh, Alieu Joof, Sengan Jobe and Adbourahman Ceesay got delayed in France due to visa application protocols.
However, following the intervention of government through the Ministries of Youth and Sport and Foreign Affairs, the said athletes will leave Charles De Gaulle airport at 09:25 to Birmingham.
They will compete in the 200m and the relay.
