The tour which will take two weeks started yesterday with a visits to the offices of the Gambia Handball Association and the Gambia Volleyball Association.
Speaking during the visits, the Chairman of the NSC, Mr. Lamin S. Jawara, commended the two Associations for the good work they have been doing. He went on to urge them to always abide by their constitutions but also endeavor to serve the interest of the athletes.
For his part, Marchel Mendy, Executive Director of the NSC, assured the Associations of the continuous support of his office.
“I can assure you that my office is very committed to supporting all sport associations with a view to ensuring that we move our sport to another level. On the one hand, I want to urge you to work together in the interest of our sport”, Mendy concluded.
